The Remote Service Desk

Our Remote Service Desk assists users from all parts of our community, World Campus, University Park, and our many branch campuses with phone, email, and chat support. Here you’ll be given firsthand experience working with professionals from across the University while supporting customers in a fast-paced environment.

IT Walk-ups

The Penn State IT Walk-ups are a technology support center for students, faculty, staff, and retirees in three locations on our University Park Campus; the Pollock Commons, the Findlay Commons, and the Knowledge Commons in the Pattee Library. Here, support specialists assist users by identifying and helping to resolve many IT-related issues while creating an environment founded on teaching and learning.

Lab Consultants

Our Lab Consultants team is here to support our campus-wide printing services and computer labs found on the University Park campus. This fast-paced environment blends technical knowledge, specialization, and customer service skills to support our technology and its users.
